Meditation is one of those practices that brings scepticism to some people’s minds. For some, meditation is silly, useless, and a waste of time. However, for others, the opposite is true. Nevertheless, regardless of which box you fit into, if any, it is important to keep an open mind and try new things. If you are a little sceptical, then why not just try it? After all, what is the worst that can happen? If it works, then you have found an activity that can help relieve stress, anxiety, and worry and if it does not, then you know that now. Meditation is associated with a whole host of positive health and wellbeing impacts, so it would be silly not to give it a chance. 

2. Go Outdoors More 

Many people, especially those living in modern and western societies, spend most of their time stuck indoors. However, humans were not meant or created for such a sedentary lifestyle. Being overly sedentary can do more harm than good. So, if you believe that sitting and lounging around all day won’t cause you much harm, then you are severely mistaken. As a result of being very sedentary, you could develop back and neck pains, muscle pains, and mental health stress. So, where possible, it is highly recommended that you spend more time outdoors. 3. Get Help and Support
